DRiNKiNG WATER TO LOSE WEiGTH

There are many reasons to drink water and one of them is losing weight. In the first state, weight loss takes place especially because the person loses a lot of water and that is why they must drink enough water to prevent dehydration. The process of calorie burning needs a sufficient reserve of water to efficiently burn calories; dehydration slows and inhibits the process of fat burning. Dehydration determines the reduction of the blood volume and the reserves of oxygen from the muscles, which causes a state of tiredness. Burning calories create toxins and this is why water plays a vital role in the elimination process. A healthy diet for losing weight or maintaining the weight must include a sufficient quantity of fibers, but these fibers will help the digestive system work properly only in the presence of a normal amount of water; they produce constipation in the absence of water.
How much water is necessary every day?
Probably everybody learned from different sources that they should consume 8 glasses of water a day or 2 liters of water. In medical terms, the quantities of water you must drink every day depend on your height, weight, temperature, activity level and of course diet. One of the signs of complete hydration is the aspect of urine, which will be light yellow to transparent. We must remember that drinks containing caffeine, like coffee, Coca-Cola, black tea and alcohol don't hydrate the body but act as diuretics. That is why when you consume these drinks you will have to drink more water to equilibrate the diuretic effect. It is very hard to drink too much water; but people with obsessive compulsive behavior or people who play a lot of sport might consume a lot of water and this can lead to dilution of sanguine electrolytes that will affect the muscular, cerebral and cardiac functions.
